Job Title: Business Development Executive

Company Overview: Mage Marketer is a leading digital marketing company that specializes in providing innovative and result-driven solutions for businesses looking to establish a strong online presence. As we continue to expand, we are seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our Sales team.

Job Location: Pune, Maharashtra (WFO)

Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis:
* Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and potential areas for growth.
* Analyse market data and student demographics to tailor marketing campaigns and promotional activities effectively.

2. Business Expansion:
* Develop and implement strategies to expand our student base and reach new
markets.
* Identify and pursue opportunities for collaborations, tie-ups, and alliances with educational institutions, community organizations, and corporate entities.

3. Relationship Management:
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and
stakeholders.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.

4. Sales and Revenue Generation:
* Drive sales initiatives and meet or exceed revenue targets through effective lead generation, conversion, and retention strategies.
* Develop pricing strategies, discount policies, and incentive programs to maximize revenue and profitability

5. Marketing and Branding:
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, including online and offline channels, to promote Mage Marketer and its offerings.
* Coordinate with the marketing team to create compelling content, advertisements, and promotional materials aligned with our brand identity and messaging.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable and Proactive
  • Ability to conduct effective industry and market research
  • Proven track record in sales or business development is a plus
  • Results-driven mind-set with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Training and Probation:

The selected candidate will undergo a comprehensive training program during the 3-month probation period. Upon successful completion of the probation, a competitive package ranging from INR 4 – 6 LPA will be offered.
