The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative social media strategies, managing campaigns across multiple platforms and building strong digital communities. You will work closely with the content, design and business development teams to ensure that our social media presence aligns with the overall brand vision and drives measurable growth.
This role requires a balance of creativity and analytics — someone who can write engaging posts, craft viral campaigns, and also dive into metrics to optimize performance. If you are passionate about digital trends, have strong storytelling skills and can convert followers into loyal customers, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, creating and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms.
Monitor trends, hashtags and competitor activities to optimize brand presence.
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages and community posts in a timely and professional manner.
Support the team in executing paid ad campaigns and promotions.
Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) to provide insights and suggestions.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop creatives, stories and reels aligned with brand identity.
Skills & Qualifications
- Essential Skills
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube).
- Basic understanding of content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop or video editing apps).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creativity.
- Ability to analyze data and spot trends in social media metrics.
- Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced marketing environment.
- Preferred Skills
- Strong academic interest in digital marketing, branding or advertising.
- Prior exposure to social media management or internships/projects will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer) preferred.
- Creativity and ability to bring fresh content ideas to the table.
- Passion for staying updated with digital trends, viral content and industry best practices.
